The Team Discovery Workshop for the whole team plus five 1:1 team member meetings, run across a full day or two half days, in office or hybrid (the workshop in office with virtual team member meetings). Once the feedback is collated and the report is ready, we take the agency leaders out for lunch to discuss the findings.
