With more than 15 years of experience in property management, Alana Bess brings a practical understanding of the industry, the people who work in it and the challenges businesses face as they grow.

Most recently, Alana spent four years as part of the Ray White Victoria and Tasmania corporate team, working across the network with business owners, department leaders, property managers and BDMs. Her work spanned training, professional development, business development and rent roll growth, giving her valuable insight into the different ways agencies operate and the opportunities that often go untapped.

Now partnering with The Efficiency Co to lead its Victorian expansion, Alana specialises in helping property management businesses take a more strategic approach to rent roll growth.

She believes sustainable growth takes more than a good BDM or an ambitious target. It requires a business that understands where its opportunities come from, how effectively they’re converted, why clients leave and who’s accountable for the results.
